Live Zoom Breathwork class with 5 day replay

Hey friends!

It's been a year, huh? Filled with ups and downs and...lots of chaos.

If you're staying in this New Year's Eve and want to take some time to explore what's inside you and let go of some of it...if you'd like to walk into 2026 lighter, clearer and more confident, join me and we'll do it together.

This is how my class will work. We'll do about 28 minutes of active breathing then we'll let out a good yell (and it feels amazing!) and then I'll lead you through heart moments to leave you feeling moments of deep love and gratitude and envisioning a bright future moment.

Breathwork can be intense (there is some work) so check my FAQs page if you have some questions or concerns.

After the live class, I'll send you a link to the replay so you can do it again for 5 days.
