5/24/26 - Live Zoom Breathwork class with a 5 day replay

Join me at 2:30pm on May 24th for a live online Conscious Connected Breathwork class.

Conscious Connected Breathwork or Circular Breathwork is such a powerful practice to help release stored emotion, reduce stress, anxiety and worry and bring in clarity, inspiration and connection to your own intuition.

All you need is a yoga mat, an eye mask (or some kind of eye cover) and a quiet room.

And if you can't make it live, you will also receive a 5-day replay of the class. And you can even deepen your experience by doing the replay the next day if you take the live class. Breathwork is different every time you do it.
