About the event
I love astrology and new moons bring the energy of planting new seeds, fresh starts.
But planting new seeds without getting rid of some our old...shit can make it hard for new seeds to grow.
What do I mean? Well have you ever had an inspiration for something new but then your brain started saying the things it always says, "You can't do that. You're too old...too young...not worthy...not ready."
Breathwork can help you let go some of the beliefs that hold you back. It can help you let go of some stress, worry, old trauma, old stories and open you up to your intuition and inner voice.
And you'll do it in a beautiful room inside Open Eye Crystals. Come a little early and maybe pick up a new crystal. Or borrow one of the crystals in the room.
